We believe that you already have the potential to nurture and form loving relationships within you. We are here to facilitate your learning process so you can discover what will work best for you and your family and nurture the expert within you.

What We Offer
We offer online and in person parenting classes utilizing the Nurturing Parenting Program, a family-centered and trauma-informed initiative designed to build protective factors in individuals and families.
Who Do We Serve?
We work with any individual who is preparing for or is currently in a care-taker role for children.

Meet Our Team

Tobi Long, CSW
Tobi is the co-owner and one of the Lead Facilitators at Nurturing Resiliency. With over 30 years of experience in home support, foster care/adoption, parenting education, child development, social work in a school setting etc., Tobi has worked with children and families to help them navigate the changes they seek in their lives and build strong and positive relationships. In 2012, Tobi was introduced to Nurturing Parenting (TM) and since then has developed a passion for sharing this nurturing philosophy with all she meets. Tobi has worked with families from diverse backgrounds and is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for all. She believes strongly that you do not need to be perfect in order to be a nurturing parent.

Heidi Gray, MEd, CSW
Heidi is a Licensed School Counselor and Certified Social Worker, serving as one of the Co-Facilitators at Nurturing Resiliency. She holds a Master’s in Psychology from Utah State University, a Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University, and completed her undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo. With experience teaching leadership and character development classes at both the high school and elementary levels, as well as facilitating small counseling groups, she is passionate about empowering children, adolescents, parents, and caregivers through advocacy, education, and evidence-based support.As a mother of four living in Utah, Heidi understands the joys and challenges of parenting firsthand. She is dedicated to providing practical resources and a welcoming space for families to grow, believing that every family deserves support and that small, nurturing moments can make a lasting difference.
